Dear Clients, Friends and Colleagues,

I am excited to announce that 8250 Theaterworks has merged with Schnell Entertainment & Electronics (S.E.E.). As the economy continues to provide challenges for small businesses, we have to aggressively work to a keep ahead of the paradigm shift in consumer spending while still maintaining professional sales, expert installation and quality support. The decision to join forces with S.E.E. provides the best leverage to accomplish these tasks. Together our companies can take advantage of each other's strengths to continue to provide professional audio and video services as well as maintain a strong business model.

S.E.E. is owned by Rod Schnell and has been in operation for over 47 years. S.E.E. has operated out of Northeast Colorado, Nebraska and Texas in the past and is now consolidating and opening a new retail location in Denver. SEI will service metro Denver, the Front Range as well as the entire I25 corridor.

S.E.E. will be assuming day to day operations for 8250 Theaterworks existing client base and as well as providing on-going support and installation responsibilities. Stay tuned for future announcements from S.E.E. as they work to establish themselves as the premiere a/v provider in the Denver market.
